YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED

We value your decision to purchase our premiere product, the Stakeholder® website package. For this reason, we offer you a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee.

Your Stakeholder® order will not be processed until after we ensure that we can successfully register your desired domain name (i.e. www.karensmith.com). If we are unable to register the domain, your order is automatically cancelled and there is absolutely no further obligation to you.

To ensure your complete satisfaction once your Stakeholder® website is published worldwide, we provide a 30-day approval period.

  • This guarantee is available to you during the first 30 days of activation of your Stakeholder® website.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply terminate service within 30 days of the website's activation date. We will issue a refund of your Stakeholder® purchase price of $499.00, less a $19.00 fee for our unrecoverable setup charges and taxes.
  • Refund processing during the approval period is streamlined for your convenience. To request a refund, contact our Boston office at 617-338-2222 or send an e-mail message from our website's Contact page.
  • As an alternative to telephone or e-mail cancellation, we provide an easy-to-use online process for terminating your Stakeholder® website order and requesting a refund through your Account page, and no requirement that you contact us by phone or e-mail. To initiate a refund request during the 30-day approval period, simply log in to your account, select 'my account' from the menubar, then choose 'View my active websites...', and select the 'Termination' option to confirm.

If you forget these details, just click on 'Support' and choose 'Advanced Support Questions'. You will be automatically guided through the process.

Your refund will be processed within 10 days of your request, applied according to your original method of payment. If we are unable to process a refund due to a credit card account closure, or for any other unforseeable circumstance, we will issue a company check payable to you for the full amount due.
