Guarantee

If you have purchased your Kayalu product from us and are disatisfied for any reason, return the unit(s) to us for a full refund of the purchase price plus tax paid (if any), less shipping cost.

Return shipment must be shipped within 30 days of your receipt of the original order.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned unit(s), applied according to your original method of payment. If we are unable to process a refund due to a credit card account closure, or for any other unforseeable circumstance, we will issue a company check payable to you for the full amount due.

Refund Amount: We refund 100% of your product(s) purchase price paid and tax paid, if applicable.

Shipping Charges: Shipping cost on the original shipment and your return shipment expenses are non-refundable.

For units purchased from Kayalu authorized resellers: If you have purchased your Kayalu product from an authorized Kayalu reseller, your purchase is subject to the terms of that reseller and you must return the unit to the reseller according to the terms of your purchase with them. Please contact us if your reseller refuses to honor a 30-day money-back guarantee. We will contact the reseller and attempt to resolve the dispute.
